Steam Rollerz doesn’t publish a price list. Every job gets a free quote, and this page explains what goes into the number.

Why isn’t there a price list?
The same couch can be two different jobs. A lightly used three-seater and one with a dog’s corner don’t need the same treatment, so each job gets its own quote. The quote is free.
What moves the number?
What’s being cleaned and how much of it: rooms and stairs for carpet, pieces for upholstery, size for rugs. Then its condition, because heavy soil and old stains take longer. Then any add-ons. Photos help: Kristen H. of East Nashville sent a few “to get a more accurate quote” for three bedrooms, a sofa and kitchen chairs, and called the result “very competitive” against other local companies.
Which add-ons cost extra?
Pet stain and odor removal and fabric protector each carry an additional fee on top of the cleaning. The amounts aren’t published, so ask for them when you get your quote.
What’s the new customer special?
New customers get 15% off any service, with a $300 minimum. It’s a limited-time offer, so mention it when you ask for your quote.
What have customers actually paid?
Lauren Smith’s Google review listed a price of $250 to $300 for a rug, a shower, patio chairs and a bathroom floor, and said it was half the price of every other bid. That’s one customer’s report of one job, not a rate we offer. Commercial carpet is quoted by phone, and for water extraction, call and tell us what happened.

How does the 15% new customer discount work?
New customers get 15% off any Steam Rollerz service as long as the job comes to at least $300 before the discount applies. The company runs it as a limited-time special, so mention it when you ask for your quote and check that it’s still running on your booking date.
What makes a carpet or upholstery quote go up?
More rooms or pieces, heavier soil, pet urine and add-ons such as fabric protector all raise it. Customers have written that not every couch or chair needs the same treatment, which is why Steam Rollerz asks for photos. Pet treatment and protector each carry an additional fee, quoted before you book.
Is there a charge for a quote?
No. Steam Rollerz quotes are free, whether you phone (629) 207-0276, send the form or send pictures of the furniture. Pictures tend to make the first number closer to the final one. You can take a quote, compare it with other companies’ bids and decide afterward without any charge.
